Winners – Outstanding Organisation of the Year (SME) CMI National Management & Leadership Awards

Rialto has been announced as a winner for Outstanding Organisation of the Year in the first ever CMI (Chartered Management Institute) National Management & Leadership Awards, putting it among the UK’s best organisations and brightest individual managers.

The awards celebrate organisations which have achieved real success during the past 18 months as a result of exemplary management and leadership. They also recognise employers dedicated to supporting the professional development of future generations of managers.

In addition to winning – Outstanding Organisation of the Year (SME), Rialto also celebrated being finalists in the Management Team of the Year category. Rialto is a specialist consultancy helping organisations of all sizes to find the right solutions for their change management challenges and human resources services.

The company, celebrating its sixth anniversary this year, has achieved impressive financial results in a relatively flat market.
