The Rialto Consultancy (“Rialto”) is committed to preventing modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and all forms of human exploitation within its operations and supply chains. We uphold a zero-tolerance approach to such practices and strive to promote ethical and responsible business conduct at every level of our organisation.
While Rialto does not meet the requirement for mandatory reporting under the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, we are voluntarily publishing this statement to demonstrate our commitment to ethical and responsible business practices.
Rialto is a leadership and talent consultancy operating primarily within the UK, serving clients across both the public and private sectors. While our operations are low-risk in terms of modern slavery, we recognise that any supply chain can be vulnerable to unethical practices.
Our supply chain includes professional service providers, office services, and technology providers and we remain vigilant in our expectations and oversight of these suppliers as well as our staff. We make it clear to staff, clients, and suppliers alike that that we expect all activities to be conducted ethically and in accordance with the law.
We are guided by internal policies that reinforce our zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and related exploitation. These include Code of Conduct; Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Policy; Modern Slavery Statement (this statement).
We make clear to staff that we expect all activities to be conducted ethically and in accordance with the law. When engaging with suppliers, we ask for evidence of their processes and policies, including commitments around modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, human rights, and whistle-blowing.
All of our staff receive awareness-raising information around preventing, identifying, and addressing modern slavery and human trafficking, so that they can bring any concerns they have to the attention of management. We have introduced ad hoc awareness modules to cover case studies and sector specific risks and encourage an open culture where individuals can speak up confidentially and without fear of retaliation if they suspect wrongdoing. We also conduct due diligence assessments to identify and mitigate potential slavery risks in our operations including considering countrt of orgin, industry and prior risk indicators.
Rialto is committed to continuous improvement and will regularly review and enhance its policies, procedures, and training to ensure our operations and supply chain remain free from modern slavery and human exploitation. We will look to develop our policies, procedures and training to maintain operations within our own workplace, in our client organisations, and supply chain which are free from modern slavery and all forms of human exploitation.
This statement has been approved by the Board of Directors [7th July 2025].
