Rialto created a Game-Changing Leadership Programme, which focused on strengthening and accelerating internal talent and leadership development initiatives, while driving innovation and a new model of working across the organisation.

The team used a scientific framework, The GC Index®, to help identify future leaders and form high performing project teams. The framework removed any unconscious bias and helped Leica Geosystems identify people with the right capabilities and give them real clarity about the role that they need to play in delivering objectives.

Rialto was appointed to partner Martin with an Executive Coach from the Rialto board level coaching team. The objectives included designing an appropriate programme that would assist Martin to decide his future career path within the organisation and equip him with new leadership, commercial and behavioural skills.

Following the appointment of a new CEO at Punch in June 2015, a substantial programme of work was initiated in partnership with Rialto which accelerated clarity of the new business and marketplace trends. Enhanced and upgraded customer priorities and objectives were established and successfully executed on upon to take the business forward in a new digital world.

Rialto and Punch worked together with the business Senior Leadership Team taking shared ownership of the process and together reviewing the outputs from all of the interventions to determine a collaborative and high performance methodology for setting in place the necessary timed business transformation, improvement, capability development and alignment actions and how these were going to be measured.
