Welcome to the Organisational Change Diagnostic Instrument for the Senior Management Team. This instrument is designed to seek your views on your team’s alignment & readiness for change to secure the future Finance Transformation Project aims by thinking about the current state (as is) position. This information will be explored further at a confidential discussion with Janet Waters – Associate Director, Rialto.
