Costing £ billions every year circa 12% of all patients experience some form of harm, half of which is preventable.
Using patient experience has been increasingly recommended as a tool to improve and monitor care but innovation has been slow to capture and enhance the patient voice.
The Patient Experience Platform (PEP) uses sophisticated machine learning tools to listen and understand to the millions of publicly available comments across various social media platforms. PEP then analyses and processes these comments into real-time, easy to understand dashboards and reports.
Every hospital in the UK is monitored and tracked. Since starting in 2018, PEP has collected over 10 million publicly available comments. Beyond quality improvement the tool can also support staff engagement, mitigate PR disasters and build patient/consumer insights.
You are invited to join the CEO of PEP, Mark Lomax, to hear about the potential of this disruptive technology and get a sneak-peak on national and regional healthcare trends across the UK.
