The particular methodologies used in your programmes will vary and be determined by the topic and objectives to be achieved, however all will involve the transfer of capability and skills from our accredited coaches to you. This learning and development will thus enable you to achieve specific, agreed objectives.
We do not want to establish a dependency culture and would not want you to feel it necessary to always consult your coach before making each and every important decision. Nevertheless, there may be times when discussing important matters with your coach would definitely be worthwhile to help you to clarify your own ideas, and then for you to make your own decision.

The information contained within this document will be used to create a value added input to our discussion and later to shape an executive coaching & mentoring programme to meet your and your organisation’s needs. We will also use these objectives as a basis of measuring the success of the programme at its conclusion.
All information will be kept confidential and will only be shared with key stakeholders following prior agreement from you, or in exceptional circumstances where we have a genuine concern for your health or wellbeing. These situations arise very seldom but we do have a duty to help keep you safe in such situations.
