Rialto Leadership Coaching programmes are designed to enable individuals, teams and organisations to achieve their full potential and map out a route to successfully navigate today's business challenges in a supportive, empowering and effective way.
The particular frameworks and methodologies we will use in your programmes will vary and be determined by the topics, tasks and objectives to be achieved, however all will involve the transfer of capability and skills from our accredited coaches to you. This accelerated learning and development will thus enable you to achieve specific, agreed objectives more easily and with less risk.
Please take your time and give due consideration in answering the following questions, which will form part of the dialogue you have in your initial discussions with a Rialto Coaching Supervisor. The information you provide will be used to create a value-added input to our discussion and later to shape an executive coaching programme to meet your and BRAC’s needs.
All information will be kept confidential and will only be shared with key stakeholders following prior agreement from you, or in exceptional circumstances where we have a genuine concern for your health or wellbeing. These situations arise very seldom but we do have a duty to help keep you safe in such situations. All told, this process will assist us to develop an unrivaled experience for you - assisting you to more effectively achieve your goals and next level of role impact.
